eCoaching Terms and Conditions

PAYMENT:

eCoaching is £55 monthly in advance, payable by standing order/bank transfer only.

First payment via BACS/Paypal, invoice supplied on request. Training period will start 7 days from receipt.

No joining fee is applicable but  30 days notice of termination is required.

Your fee includes 1 calendar month of training supplied by weekly [7 day] training schedules with one additional weekly contact via email. #

Start day is flexible each week but we'd suggest Sunday for sportive and leisure riders and Wednesday for those who race.

Schedule will always be provided on the day before training starts.

A weekly feedback form or access to Garmin Connect or similar account is best provided by you 2 days prior to next weekly training period to enable any schedule adjustments for the following week.

Your package includes data analysis of  a weekly key session.

We will always reply to any email queries within 24 hours.*

We can arrange telephone/skype consultation at additional cost of £20 per 30 minutes by prior arrangement.

Coaching plan includes Merlin Cycle Coaching 4 weeks annual paid leave where individual weekly plans will not be supplied: 1 week Spring, 2 weeks Summer and 1 week Christmas. During these periods we will provide options for you to follow or you may choose to ride unstructured or rest.

# In the initial 2 months of eCoaching, weekly email is unlimited, it is very important to us [and you!] we build a coaching relationship during this period
* You may use your email contact  on any aspect of your cycling. We are happy to advise on bike mechanics, bike fit, nutrition, race tactics, events, etc. as well as any queries or amendment to the training programme.

Testing Terms and Conditions

Maximal Ramp Testing booking with £70 fee must be at least 7 days in advance.

Payment can be made via BACS or Paypal

Testing is provided under controlled conditions at our premises or one of our approved coaching partners only.

We will supply a PAR-Q Form [physical activity readiness questionnaire] which must be completed and approved by us prior to test.

During testing utmost care is taken but we are not responsible for any injury resulting from the test either during or afterward.  If we feel you are at risk we may ask you to stop at anytime during the test.

Test results will be provided via email or post within 7 days of completion.

Cancellation must be advised at least 24 hours in advance of your appointment.

No refund of the fee can be made after this +

+ The only exception to this is if we assess you are unwell or injured on the day of the test and advise postponement or cancellation on medical grounds
